every metric earns its place
A dashboard crowded with numbers is a dashboard nobody reads. We fight for the handful of figures your team acts on and let the rest sit quietly in the warehouse.
We are a small analytics practice in Palmetto, built for the mid-sized company that has outgrown its spreadsheets but hasn't the appetite for a full data department. This is who we are, and how we think.
Fendata began after one too many boardrooms where two departments quoted two different numbers for the same month — and no one could say which was right. The data existed. It simply had no home.
So we set out to build that home: dashboards shaped around the decisions a company actually makes, pipelines that run without anyone babysitting them, and predictive models that turn “what happened” into “what should we do next.” Nothing borrowed from a template, everything fitted to the business in front of us.
Seven years on, we've stayed deliberately small. It means the person who plans your build is the person who delivers it — and the one who picks up the phone when you call.
— the number you trust should be the only number in the room.
These aren't values on a wall. They're the rules we apply when the work gets ambiguous — the ones that decide what makes it onto your screen and what quietly stays off it.
A dashboard crowded with numbers is a dashboard nobody reads. We fight for the handful of figures your team acts on and let the rest sit quietly in the warehouse.
Half-filled exports and systems that don't talk are the starting point, never a prerequisite. You don't tidy anything before we arrive — untangling it is the first thing we're paid to do.
The pipelines, the models, the definitions — all yours, documented and handed over. We build to be left, not to make you dependent on us forever.
Every scope is confirmed in a real conversation and priced before a line of work begins. You'll never open an invoice and find a number you didn't expect.
Fendata is a tight bench of analysts and data engineers — not a rotating cast of contractors. The same hands that map your systems in week one are the ones tuning your forecast in month three.
We work the way a good tailor does: measure carefully, cut once, and stay close enough to adjust as the business shifts.
Fendata opened with one client, one messy set of exports, and a promise: give them a single screen they could trust on a Monday morning. It worked, and word travelled.
We moved beyond one-off reports into automated, self-monitoring pipelines — so a broken feed alerts us, never blindsides the client mid-quarter.
With clean foundations in place, predictive models for demand, churn and margin became a core discipline — moving clients from reacting late to deciding early.
We remain a deliberately compact studio on Riviera Dunes Way, serving mid-sized companies who want senior hands on their data — not a ticket in a queue.
Tell us where your numbers hurt and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No script, no obligation — just the person who'd plan your build.
